About the Role

Adxventure is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth for our digital marketing services.

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for candidates who want to build a successful career in sales and business development within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Contact potential clients and explain our digital marketing services
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective customers
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
