Looking for an experienced Validation Engineer to drive silicon validation, characterization, and test automation for next-generation SoC products. Work with cross-functional teams, advanced lab equipment, and Python/LabVIEW-based automation in a highly innovative environment.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

- Define and develop test plans, test lists, and automation solutions for silicon validation and characterization.
- Perform validation on FPGA (pre-silicon) and silicon platforms, including debugging and issue resolution.
- Develop software, firmware, and Python/LabVIEW-based automation frameworks for bench testing.
- Collaborate with validation, characterization, design, and firmware teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and product qualification activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, track deliverables, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve program milestones.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in silicon validation, bench characterization, or product engineering for Microcontroller and SoC products.
- Hands-on experience in characterization and validation of Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal IPs.
- Strong expertise in using lab equipment such as SMUs, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.




- Good programming skills in C and Python; LabVIEW experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of power management circuits, regulators, and reference voltage measurements.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
