Responsibilities:

- Lead online QC operations across seafood production lines
- Conduct in-process checks for raw material, semi-processed, and finished seafood products
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and export quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to prevent defects and resolve deviations
- Mentor junior QC staff and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation and reports for audits and certifications

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of seafood industry quality standards and export compliance
- Proficiency in analytical techniques, and documentation
- Leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology, Fisheries Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- Experience: 2–3 years in seafood QC/QA, with at least 1 years in a senior supervisory role.
- Skills: Solid knowledge of seafood export standards, analytical techniques, digital QC systems, and documentation.
- Preferred: Immediate joiners with prior exposure to seafood processing plants.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
