Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packing Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day packing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with approved procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily packing and packaging operations.
- Ensure packing activities are carried out as per approved SOPs and company procedures.
- Manage and guide packing operators and workers to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure correct product, batch number, packing material, labels, and coding are used during packing.
- Monitor line clearance before starting and after completion of packing activities.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of packing materials and finished products.
- Maintain packing records, logbooks, batch documents, and related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of packaging materials.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, and packing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP,



hygiene, safety, and quality requirements.
- Report any deviations, breakdowns, shortages, mix-ups, or quality issues to the concerned department.
- Train and guide packing staff on SOPs, GMP, safety, and proper packing practices.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.Pharm / B.Sc. or relevant qualification.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, veterinary pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industry preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in packing or packaging operations preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, batch documentation, line clearance, and packing material reconciliation.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets efficiently.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
