Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, safety procedures, and project execution. The role involves supervising manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day electrical construction and installation activities at site.

Monitor execution of electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, clients, and utility authorities.

Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.

Supervise installation of transformers, switchgear, HT/LT lines/ transmission line, street lighting systems, cable laying, and electrical infrastructure works.

Monitor labour productivity and manage site resources efficiently.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.

Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.

Ensure proper utilization and accounting of materials and equipment.





Identify site issues and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

Attend client and project review meetings when required.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical construction, transmission & distribution, industrial, infrastructure, highway lighting, or utility projects.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

Knowledge of electrical installation standards, testing procedures, and safety practices.

Familiarity with HT/LT /EHT systems, substations, cable laying, earthing, and lighting systems.

Desired Skills

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of project execution, material management, and quality control.

Proficiency in preparing site reports and work progress records.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
