Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Associate Manager to drive business growth through field sales and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and client outreach.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present suitable property solutions, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and service delivery.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Fluent in Kannada and English.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Willingness to travel for field meetings and client interactions.
