VMC Operator

Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per production requirements.
- Set and operate machines according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform component loading, unloading, and inspection.
- Set cutting tools, work offsets, and machine parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge.
- Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
- Identify machine, tool, and quality-related issues and report to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical preferred.
- Fresher to 5 years of experience in VMC operation.




- Freshers with basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operations can apply.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
