Assistant Branch Manager – Direct Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager – Direct Sales to support branch operations, drive business growth, acquire new customers, and lead the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products, achieving monthly business targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Chitty, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to consistent branch revenue growth.
- Develop and implement branch-level strategies for customer acquisition and business development.
- Supervise, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch sales team.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.




- Act as the Branch Manager in their absence and ensure uninterrupted branch functioning.
- Maintain branch records, customer files, reports, and operational documentation accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Share daily sales commitments, progress, and achievement updates with the assigned reporting group.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, NBFCs, financial services, or co-operative societies.
- Candidates with direct sales and team-handling experience will be preferred.
- Solid communication, customer relationship, leadership, and sales skills.

Salary & Benefits:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Preference:

Candidates with proven experience in direct sales, financial product sales, customer acquisition, and team management will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
