About Kreedum International

Kreedum International is starting a new Construction & Structural Works vertical in Lucknow.

Our initial focus will be on custom MS structures, commercial/institutional structures, canopies, sheds, mezzanine floors, sports structures and small industrial structures, with plans to gradually expand into larger structural and PEB projects.

We are looking for a practical engineer who can help us build this vertical from the ground up and work directly with management.

Role

This is a Design + Estimation + Costing role.

You will convert client requirements into:

Site Measurement → 2D/3D Design → BOQ/BOM → Quantity Estimation → Market Rates → Vendor Quotations → Project Costing → Client Quotation

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Prepare 3D structural concepts using Tekla Structures or Revit.
- Conduct site measurements and understand client requirements.
- Prepare BOQ/BOM and quantity take-offs.
- Estimate MS steel, roofing, hardware, paint, labour and other project materials.
- Collect and maintain current material and labour market rates.
- Obtain and compare quotations from fabricators and suppliers.
- Prepare project cost sheets and client quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators and external structural consultants.
- Provide technical support during project execution.
- Maintain accurate costing, BOQ and vendor-rate records.

Mandatory Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–4 years of practical experience in construction, MS fabrication, structural steel, PEB or related work.
- AutoCAD – mandatory.




- Tekla Structures OR Revit – mandatory.
- MS Excel – mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in BOQ, estimation and rate analysis.
- Understanding of MS/structural steel and basic civil construction.
- Site measurement/execution experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering/architectural drawings.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

MS Fabrication | Structural Steel | PEB | Industrial Sheds | Roofing

will be preferred.

Additional Advantage

Basic 3D interior/architectural visualisation using SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, D5 or similar software will be an advantage.

You may occasionally be required to create simple 3D concepts for offices, reception areas, commercial spaces and other client enquiries.

Construction estimation + structural experience remains the primary requirement.
