HR Manager - Plant (Industrial Relations)

Location: Hapur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, EPF, ESI, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and labour issues.
- Manage contract labour, manpower planning and contractor compliance.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities for the plant.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and HR documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and support statutory inspections and audits.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.

Skills Required

Industrial Relations (IR), Labour Law Compliance,



Factory HR Operations, Contract Labour Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll Coordination, HR Documentation, MS Excel, Communication & Negotiation.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience

6-8 years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a manufacturing plant. Experience in the wires & cables, electrical, engineering or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
