Carpenter – Interior / Modular Furniture

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with experience in the Interior / Modular Furniture / Furniture Manufacturing industry.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling carpentry, furniture assembly and finishing work with good accuracy and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute carpentry work for modular furniture and interior projects.
- Manufacture and assemble kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, storage units and other furniture.
- Work with MDF, plywood, HDHMR, particle board and laminated boards.
- Read and follow production drawings, dimensions and cutting lists.
- Perform drilling, fixing, routing, assembly and other carpentry work.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, joints and finishing.
- Install hinges, channels, handles and other furniture hardware.
- Identify and rectify fitting and assembly issues.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams.
- Complete assigned work according to production schedules.
- Maintain tools and work area.




- Follow company quality, safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of relevant carpentry experience preferred.
- Strong experience in interior / modular furniture manufacturing.
- Valuable knowledge of MDF, plywood, HDHMR and laminates.
- Ability to understand basic drawings and dimensions.
- Good measurement, finishing and assembly skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of furniture hardware and installation preferred.

Salary & Benefits
