As our School Integrated Programs continue to expand across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, we are looking for an experienced academic professional to take ownership of academic excellence and operational efficiency across our partner schools.

About the Role

We are looking for a Telecaller / Student Support Executive who is fluent in Tamil and English and can effectively communicate with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Make regular calls to students and parents to collect feedback and updates.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and overall performance.
- Identify student concerns and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve issues.
- Follow up with students regarding classes, tests, worksheets, and academic activities.
- Identify students who need additional academic support and coordinate extra/doubt-clearing sessions.
- Coordinate and schedule parent-teacher meetings whenever required.




- Maintain regular communication with parents and teachers.
- Prepare and share student feedback and important updates with management.
- Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, issues, and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with students, parents, and teachers.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Candidates who can work from the office are preferred.
