Key Responsibilities

· Handle airline reservations and ticketing using Amadeus GDS.

· Create, modify, and manage PNRs as per customer and operational requirements.

· Issue airline tickets accurately after checking fares, availability, and applicable rules.

· Handle ticket reissuance/revalidation due to date, flight, or passenger changes.

· Process ticket cancellations and refunds as per airline fare rules and company policies.

· Check and apply airline fare rules, penalties, taxes, and change charges.

· Handle schedule changes, flight cancellations, and other airline-related updates.

· Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for ticketing-related queries and exceptions.

· Provide accurate information on fare conditions, baggage allowance, cancellation charges, and change penalties.

· Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed within the required timelines.

· Maintain proper records of issued, reissued, cancelled, and refunded tickets.

· Coordinate with the sales/operations team to resolve ticketing-related issues.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and airline/GDS guidelines.

· Assist customers and internal teams with urgent or complex ticketing requirements.





Required Skills

· Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.

· Good understanding of airline ticketing and fare rules.

· Knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellation, refund, and revalidation.

· Valuable knowledge of PNR creation and management.

· Ability to understand and work with airline fare conditions.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Good problem-solving skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
