Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives

Job Summary

The Body Shop Advisor is responsible for handling customers whose vehicles require accident repair, denting, painting, or other body-shop services. The advisor coordinates between customers, insurance companies, surveyors, technicians, and the body shop to ensure timely and quality vehicle repairs.

-Customer advice and care in all questions involving body repairs and paintwork as well as repair methods and economic efficiency. Ensuring customer mobility.

-Preparing his own damage calculations.

-Coordinating between customer and insurer (declaration of assignment and assumption of repair costs).

-Preparing repair orders according to expert reports submitted, customer wishes and the guidelines of Skoda-VW Group.

-Assuring quality of third parties involved (e.g. external paint shop).

-Active selling of services and parts while simultaneously ensuring customer satisfaction.

-Active selling of Skoda car insurance.





-Marketing of Accident Hotline and aesthetic repairs.

-Monitoring orders and deadlines, preparing, checking and explaining invoices.

-Responsible for final inspection, as well as performance of vehicle finish - checking for quality and orderly working.

-Vehicle handover and invoice explanation to the customer.

-Maintaining ongoing contact with cooperation partners (officially appointed experts, car hire companies, vehicle recovery services).

-Keep update in product knowledge & prevailing promotional schemes

-Promote exchange through Preowned

-Promote sale of Skoda lifestyle products & accessories

-Generate brand awareness

-Be a mentor to current joinee as & when assigned

-Adherence to Skoda dress standards

-Maintain discipline and decorum of the company and abide by all its policies which keeps on coming / being modified from time to time by the management
