Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling

- Welcome customers warmly and understand their vehicle complaints

- Explain service requirements, time, and cost clearly

2. Vehicle Service Coordination

- Open Job Cards and record customer concerns accurately

- Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repairs

- Ensure quality check and timely delivery of vehicles

3. Sales & Upselling

- Suggest AMC, insurance renewal, accessories, and value-added services

- Achieve monthly targets for service revenue and customer satisfaction

4. Documentation & Billing

- Prepare estimates, get customer approval, and explain the final bill

- Maintain service records and follow up for pending jobs

5. Customer Relationship

- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure 100% satisfaction





- Take feedback and do follow-up calls after service delivery

Key Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi preferred

- Knowledge of automobile service processes and vehicle basics

- Customer handling & convincing skills

- Computer knowledge - MS Office, DMS software is a plus

- Target oriented and presentable personality

Qualifications

- Education: Diploma / Degree in Automobile, BBA, or Any Graduate

- Experience: 1-3 years in automobile service industry preferred
