WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER / HR EXECUTIVE

Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR qualified to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for factory, technical, and corporate positions.
- Handle manpower planning, workforce allocation, and attendance management.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases.
- Handle payroll coordination, salary processing, leave, attendance, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, labour welfare, and other statutory matters as applicable.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams regarding shift planning and manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee procedures.
- Monitor employee performance, appraisals, promotions, and increments.
- Organize employee training, skill development, and safety/awareness programs.




- Maintain compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with contractors and manpower agencies for contract labour requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, absenteeism, attrition, recruitment, overtime, and manpower costs.
- Support management in improving employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR / Human Resources / Business Administration.
- 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of factory HR, labour compliance, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to handle a workforce comprising shop-floor, technical, support, and management employees.
- Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.

Preferred: Experience in handling factory HR operations, contract labour, shifts, labour compliance, and statutory audits.

Pay: ₹11,013.11 - ₹33,098.26 per month
