Job Summary :

- We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site labour.
- Check site measurements, levels, alignments, and quantities.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor material requirements, receipt, quality, storage, and usage at site.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure rectification of identified defects.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports, labour reports, and material records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, and Clients for smooth project execution.




- Identify technical issues, delays, and site-level challenges and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and usage of appropriate PPE.
- Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, inspection records, and work-related reports.
- Support timely completion and handover of project activities.
- Monitor subcontractor work and support measurement and billing verification.

Required Skills :

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings and BOQs.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office/Excel.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement, estimation, and subcontractor billing will be an advantage.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project timelines.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.

Preferred Experience :

- 1–5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction or project execution.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in site supervision and contractor coordination will be preferred.
