About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth through field sales, client meetings, relationship building, and new business development. This is an outcome-driven role for someone who takes initiative, explores different channels, and takes ownership of converting opportunities into clients.

What You'll Do

· Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, LinkedIn, calls, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.

· Meet founders, business owners, HR leaders, finance teams, and other decision-makers to understand their business needs.

· Present relevant Recruiting Genie and Accounting Genie solutions, conduct negotiations, and drive opportunities towards closure.

· Build and manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and closures.

· Explore new markets, partnerships, networking opportunities, and other channels to generate business.

· Take ownership of sales targets and business outcomes,



while coordinating with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

· 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, or a related field.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Comfortable with field sales, client visits, networking, and face-to-face meetings.

· Confident interacting with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.

· Self-driven, persistent, and target-oriented, with a solid focus on business outcomes.

· Willing to take initiative, explore different sales channels, and do what it takes to generate business.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM, and digital sales tools is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
