As an MBA Trainee, you will work on real business initiatives and gain practical exposure to how a technology company operates, develops new opportunities, and drives growth.

You will work closely with the team on market research, business development, operations, reporting, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business prospects.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Assist in analysing prospects and understanding their business requirements.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, trackers, and insights.
- Support day-to-day business operations and process improvement initiatives.
- Track business activities, leads, and key performance indicators.
- Assist in developing business proposals and client-facing materials.
- Research emerging AI and technology trends and their potential business applications.
- Support the team in planning and executing growth initiatives.
- Work on assigned projects from research and analysis to execution.
- Provide actionable insights and ideas to improve business growth and operational efficiency.

Who Can Apply?

Internship-to-Full-Time Opportunity

The full-time compensation package will be based on the candidate's skills, performance, role, and suitability, with salary packages up to ₹5 LPA.
