Role Description
This is a full time Onboarding Associate role based in Gurugram. As an Onboarding Associate at Filo, you will be responsible for managing the end-to end onboarding of candidates for different roles at Filo. The role involves coordinating with the candidate for documentation, preparing and facilitating contract signing, and ensuring adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and candidates to ensure a smooth,



accurate, and efficient onboarding process.

Qualifications:
1. 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant internships can apply
2. Strong communication & organizational skills
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
5. Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
