Job Title: Worker / General Worker

Department: Operations / Production

Reporting To: Supervisor / Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general operational, production, loading/unloading, cleaning, material handling, and other assigned duties while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily work as assigned by the supervisor.

- Load, unload, move, and arrange materials or products.

- Assist in production and operational activities.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.

- Follow company safety rules and procedures.

- Handle tools, equipment, and materials carefully.

- Check materials/products for basic quality issues.

- Complete assigned tasks within the required time.

- Report damaged materials, equipment problems, or safety hazards.

- Cooperate with supervisors and team members.

- Perform any other duties related to the job as required.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Minimum 8th/10th pass preferred.

Working Conditions

- May involve standing, lifting, moving materials, and physical work.

- May require rotational shifts, overtime, or weekend work depending on business requirements.

- Must follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
