Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in NBFC, FinTech, lending, or financial products to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, API, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Test Loan Origination (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Validate KYC, credit bureau, payment, banking, and third-party integrations.
- Test loan eligibility, underwriting, fraud detection, approval, and disbursement workflows.
- Perform API testing using Postman and database validation using SQL.
- Manage defects, conduct RCA, and analyze production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations,



and Compliance teams.
- Mentor junior QA members and improve testing processes.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of QA/testing experience, preferably in NBFC/FinTech/Lending.
- Solid knowledge of LOS/LMS and financial workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, API testing, SQL, and database validation.
- Automation testing experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
