Job Title: Security Incharge
Department: Administration / Security

Reporting To: Factory Manager / HR– Administration

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations Management

- Supervise and manage all security personnel and security activities within the factory premises.
- Ensure round-the-clock security coverage and effective deployment of security guards.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Asset Protection

- Safeguard company assets, inventory, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, and security breaches.
- Monitor movement of materials, finished goods, and scrap from the premises.

Access Control & Surveillance

- Manage gate operations and visitor management systems.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security equipment.
- Investigate suspicious activities and security violations.

Emergency Response & Incident Management

- Handle emergency situations including fire, accidents, security threats, and natural disasters.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and submit incident reports.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and government authorities whenever required.

Team Management

- Train, guide, and supervise security guards and supervisors.




- Prepare duty rosters and ensure discipline among security personnel.
- Conduct regular briefings and security awareness programs.

Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain security records, visitor logs, vehicle movement records, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to security and safety.

Safety Coordination

- Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams for emergency preparedness.
- Participate in mock drills, evacuation exercises, and safety inspections.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Certification in Security Management will be an added advantage.
- Ex-Servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force) preferred.

Experience

- 8 to 15 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, textile, engineering, or large-scale production environments.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or Security Incharge role.

Pay: ₹25,797.01 - ₹45,389.23 per month
