Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Blended Process (Chat + Voice)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand

Eligibility Requirements

- Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Customer Support
- Freshers are not eligible
- Strong Communication Skills Required
- Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory

Work Schedule

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off

System Requirements

- Laptop/Desktop
- Stable Wi-Fi Connection

Training Process

- Initial 10 Days Training from Office
- 7 Days OJT (On-the-Job Training) from Office
- Post OJT, candidates are required to visit the office once a week

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage customer queries through chat and voice support
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
