Job Opening: Junior HR Executive

About the Organization: Established in 2003, Jyotirmoy Education and Welfare Foundation (JEWF) is a leading organization dedicated to providing quality education and infrastructure. We are currently looking for an energetic and organized Junior HR Executive to support our human resources team.

We are also into Study Abroad and Quick Service Resturants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Sourcing: Handle end-to-end hiring for entry-level and operational roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting initial telephonic screenings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- HR Operations: Support daily HR activities, track employee attendance and leave, manage basic employee queries, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate,



up-to-date personnel files and digital HR databases. Generate regular HR reports and assist with compliance documentation.

Candidate Profile:

- Background: Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. Must have robust organizational skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Location: The role is currently stationed at our Sarat Bose Road office. Candidates residing in South Kolkata or surrounding areas are highly preferred.
- Mobility: Preferred if own a valid two-wheeler (bike) for local travel and operational requirements.
