Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to manage turnkey interior projects from planning and execution through final handover. The candidate should have robust knowledge of interior fit-out works and the ability to coordinate clients, site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete turnkey interior projects from start to handover.

- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.

- Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Supervise interior execution including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, and related works.

- Monitor project quality, cost, and timelines.

- Resolve site and execution-related issues.

- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.





- Coordinate material procurement and delivery with the relevant teams.

- Prepare project updates and reports for management.

- Ensure proper project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience in turnkey interior execution / interior fit-out projects.

- Strong knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.

- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, office, hospitality, or retail interior projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
