Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Founder’s Office Intern who is ready to take ownership beyond a single function. This is not a conventional internship — you will work closely with the founder while actively contributing to business development, operational optimization, and cross-functional execution. If you enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and handling diverse responsibilities, this role will give you unmatched exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder’s Office & Strategic Projects

● Work directly with the founder on special initiatives and high-priority projects.

● Conduct research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.

● Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure execution of key business goals.

● Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks requiring quick thinking and structured execution

2. Business Development

● Identify and research potential clients and growth opportunities.





● Assist in outreach, pitching, and onboarding new clients.

● Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and strategic decks.

● Track and optimize the sales pipeline.

3. Business & Department Optimization

● Analyze workflows across teams (performance marketing, SEO, tech, creative, etc.) and

suggest process improvements.

● Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for efficiency enhancement.

● Assist in building systems and dashboards to improve internal coordination.

Qualifications

● Currently pursuing graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).

● Prior internship experience in business development, strategy, consulting, operations, or

similar domains is preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

● Immediate availability to join for a full-time, 6-month internship.

● Comfortable working from our Kirti Nagar office.
