Job Summary

The Assembly Trainee will assist in assembly operations and learn manufacturing processes under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). The candidate will receive hands-on training in assembly techniques, quality standards, safety practices, and production operations while supporting daily shop floor activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in assembling components and products as per work instructions.
- Follow assembly procedures and quality standards.
- Support production activities to achieve daily targets.
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely.
- Perform basic visual inspections of assembled products.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow company safety rules and operational guidelines.
- Report defects, abnormalities,



or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
- Participate in training and skill development programs.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass.
- Candidates eligible under the NAPS scheme can apply.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- No prior experience required.
