- Plan and execute service marketing campaigns to increase workshop footfall
- Promote periodic maintenance services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranties, and value-added services
- Contact existing customers via calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp for service reminders and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer databases for effective communication
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth handling of customer appointments
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements in service experience
- Organize promotional activities, camps, and seasonal service offers
- Achieve monthly targets for service revenue and customer retention
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to improve customer lifecycle management
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
