Junior Accountant – Job Description

Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 3, Gurgaon
Experience: 0–2 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize accounting records and files.
- Scan, file, and manage invoices, bills, and financial documents.
- Pass day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and GST-related documentation.
- Prepare vouchers and maintain proper financial records.
- Support the senior accounts team with daily accounting tasks.

Requirements:

- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Positive filing and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 3, Gurgaon
Salary: As per company standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
