We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Junior Lawyer* to join our team and work on *Redevelopment and Real Estate* projects.

*Key Responsibilities

* Draft and review redevelopment agreements, development agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other legal documents.

* Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of properties.

* Handle legal documentation for redevelopment and real estate transactions.

* Coordinate with clients, housing societies, government authorities, and advocates.

* Assist in property registration, stamp duty matters, and statutory compliance.

* Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.

*Candidate Profile*

* LL.B. from a recognized university.

* *2–3 years of experience* in Redevelopment and Real Estate matters.





* Strong drafting and documentation skills.

* Positive knowledge of property laws, redevelopment procedures, and registration processes.

* Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office.
