- Handle inbound and outbound leads for immigration services
- Counsel clients on visa options (Visit, Study, Work, PR, Dependent visas)
- Explain service packages, fees, timelines, and processes clearly
- Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain high client satisfaction and referral generation
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls for immigration services
- Pitching visa and PR products to prospective clients
- Explaining pricing, packages, and service benefits
- Converting leads into paid enrollments
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Following up with interested clients until closure
- Maintaining lead status and closures in CRM
- Upselling and cross-selling immigration services
- Working strictly in a target-driven sales setting
