Undergraduate/Gradudate Require for BPO Customer Support

Job Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved within the committed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues effectively.
- Process customer requests, orders, service queries, and other related activities as required.
- Meet assigned customer service targets, SLAs,



and quality standards.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Maintain a skilled and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the concerned teams for process improvement.

Fresher's/Experience both can apply for this Job.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
