Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Business Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and drive diagnostic revenue. This is a target-based role focused on smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists

Drive daily diagnostic revenue by: Converting pharmacy customers through prescription checks

Engaging customer database through calls Conducting hotspot activities

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning

Coordinate with doctors and staff to improve patient services

Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues

Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2.6 years’ experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home Strong leadership and team management skills

Target-driven with strong operational understanding

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
