Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with strong experience in healthcare interoperability, HL7, FHIR, APIs, and Java-based integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating EMR/EHR systems and building secure, scalable healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop healthcare integrations using HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, REST APIs, and Apache Camel.

Build scalable integration services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Develop mappings, transformations, routing, and integration workflows.

Integrate with EMR/EHR, HIE, payer, and third-party healthcare systems.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize integration performance.

Participate in architecture, technical design, and code reviews.

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, and DevOps initiatives.





Ensure solutions follow HIPAA and healthcare interoperability standards.

Required Skills

8+ years of software engineering experience.

5+ years of healthcare integration experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

HL7 v2.x & FHIR R4

Java/J2EE & Spring Boot

REST APIs

Apache Camel

Microservices Architecture

Experience with EMR/EHR or healthcare platforms.

Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.

Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Allscripts, Meditech, or Athenahealth.

AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps.

HIPAA-compliant application development.

HL7/FHIR, MuleSoft, or Apigee certification.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
