Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Mohali / Chandigarh
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.
- Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain data and records using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Track tasks, deadlines, payments, and important follow-ups.
- Assist management with daily administrative and operational work.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and management-related information.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in working directly with senior management/founders.
- Good email drafting and professional communication skills.
