Position: Store Manager

Job Summary

Combat Zone is looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store activities, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor store opening and closing activities.

Sales & Customer Service

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase store revenue and customer footfall.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.




- Coordinate stock replenishment and purchase requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory loss.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare employee schedules and monitor attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Management

- Monitor store expenses and profitability.
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and store performance.
- Support management in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail/store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
