We’re looking for a *Business Development Associate* who can help us bring in new clients, build relationships, and turn opportunities into business.

### What You'll Do

* Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

* Generate and qualify leads for our digital marketing and web development services

* Understand a prospect's business needs and recommend suitable services

* Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients

* Schedule meetings and sales calls with interested prospects

* Maintain and update lead information and follow-up status

* Work with the internal team to prepare proposals and close deals

* Build long-term relationships with clients

* Track outreach, leads, conversions,



and sales performance

### What We're Looking For

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills

* Proactive attitude and willingness to make outbound calls

* Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus

* Ability to handle rejection and keep following up

* Goal-oriented and motivated to grow in sales

* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
