Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide professional hair care and styling services to clients. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in a salon or beauty industry and possess solid technical skills with excellent customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and finishing services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyle and recommend suitable styles.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, global colour, and basic colour correction.
- Provide hair treatments such as hair spa, smoothening, keratin, and other treatments as per client requirements.
- Perform hair washing, conditioning, and basic scalp-care services.
- Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, colouring techniques, and salon trends.
- Recommend suitable hair-care products and treatments to clients.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation.
- Handle customer queries and service-related concerns professionally.




- Support other salon team members whenever required.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma/Certificate in Hair Styling, Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty & Wellness, or a relevant professional course.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist/Hairdresser in a salon or beauty studio.
- Strong knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, colouring, and hair treatments.
- Good understanding of hair types and suitable styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
