Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Human Resources Executive to manage and strengthen the HR functions of HAIMS Ventures LLP. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee management, recruitment, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the company, including office, plant, farm, and sales teams.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, rules, and procedures.

- Monitor employee performance, discipline, conduct, and workplace issues.

- Coordinate with department heads and management regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.

- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.

- Ensure proper joining, induction, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and salary inputs.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, attendance reports,



and management updates.

- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

- Manage employee engagement, training, and development activities.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

- Assist management in improving HR systems, processes, and overall employee productivity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, food production, or similar operational environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with multiple departments.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
