Job Purpose: As a Site Supervisor (Civil), your primary role is to work under the guidance of the Civil Engineer and oversee the execution of various civil construction projects at the site. Your expertise and experience in civil construction will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Construction Execution

- Work under the direct supervision of the Civil Engineer.
- Execute and oversee civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications.

Safety & Quality Management

- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain required quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Identify and address quality or safety issues at the site.

Project Coordination & Reporting

- Assist in coordinating daily in office construction activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to achieve project objectives.
- Report project progress,



site issues, and delays to the Civil Engineer.

Project Timeline & Performance

- Monitor construction activities to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a strong focus on project schedules and milestones.
- Support the team in completing work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices
- Understanding of solar power plant construction techniques and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
