About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Club Manager (H2I) to lead day-to-day operations, build a thriving fitness community, and drive growth at Anytime Fitness. You will be the face of the club—inspiring members, managing operations, leading our team, and driving membership and training sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Growth: Qualify, inspire, and convert leads into long-term members through membership and training sales.
- Brand & Community Engagement: Drive local B2B partnerships, execute marketing campaigns, and connect with community influencers.
- Team Leadership: Build a positive, fun, and results-driven environment that inspires staff and members alike.
- Club Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, lead reporting, and ensure member management databases remain up-to-date.
- Digital Onboarding:



Educate and guide members on leveraging the Anytime & AF Workout App to reach their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience (Fitness industry experience is a plus, but solid sales and leadership skills matter most).
- Mindset: Energetic, fitness-inclined, approachable, and passionate about helping people improve their lives.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong soft skills, tech-savviness, and solid time management.
- Flexibility: Open to working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
