Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-mannered Office Boy / Peon to support day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office premises.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items as required.
- Assist with bank, courier, post office, and other outdoor office work.
- Maintain adequate supplies of stationery, pantry items, and office essentials.
- Help with setting up meeting rooms and arrangements for meetings.
- Assist employees with routine office requirements.
- Ensure office equipment and common areas are kept clean and organized.




- Perform other duties assigned by the office manager or management.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.
- Prior office boy, peon, housekeeping, or similar experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/English/local language.
- Ability to handle multiple routine tasks responsibly.
- Willingness to travel locally for office-related work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
