Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Guest Amenities Sales Executive to develop and manage sales of hotel guest amenity products such as Dental Kits, Shaving Kits, Soaps, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Vanity Kits, Shower Caps, Slippers, Shoe Shine Kits and other hotel supplies.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and approach hotels, resorts, guest houses and hospitality businesses.

● Generate recent B2B leads through field visits, calls, references and digital channels.

● Present product range, pricing and customized packaging solutions to clients.

● Develop relationships with hotel owners, purchase managers, housekeeping managers and procurement teams.

● Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close orders.

● Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations and pending orders.

● Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

● Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat orders.





● Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.

● Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

● Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.

Required Skills

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Strong B2B sales and relationship-building ability.

● Good knowledge of the hotel/hospitality market.

● Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM/sales reporting.

● Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.

● Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in hotel supplies, guest amenities, hospitality products, FMCG, hotel procurement or B2B sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
