Job Description

College of Commerce Language Academy is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team.

Responsibilities

- student coordination

- Prepare and maintain basic reports and records

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses

- Coordinate student admissions and maintain enquiry records

- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and direct visits

- Explain course details, eligibility, fees and admission procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

- Good computer knowledge

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Previous experience in academic counselling, admissions or the education field is an advantage
