- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, risk management principles, and financial process integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process frameworks within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with documentation standards and tools used for business process modeling and workflow design.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
