PGT Computer Science Teacher

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced PGT Computer Science Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII). The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make complex computer science concepts easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Computer Science lessons for Classes XI and XII.
- Teach programming, databases, computer networks, data structures, and other relevant topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
- Conduct practical computer lab sessions and guide students in programming projects.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
- Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to make lessons interactive.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops, and other academic responsibilities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Computer Science and technology.

Eligibility & Qualifications





- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / M.Sc. Computer Science / MCA or equivalent.
- B.Ed. is preferred/required as per school norms.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Good knowledge of DBMS, SQL, Computer Networks, Data Structures, and Web Technologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Computer Science teacher is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant senior-secondary teaching experience will be given preference.
- Experienced candidates are preferred; deserving freshers may also be considered.
