HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage the organization’s human resources functions. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies and employment-related matters.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, with relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Good understanding of applicable employment and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational and people-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
