Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications seamlessly within the existing technology ecosystem.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance for enhanced user experience.
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of best practices in code versioning, testing, and deployment processes.
