We’re looking for a detail-oriented Video Editor to collaborate closely with our creative leads and craft engaging, long-format finance videos. You’ll shape narratives through smart edit decisions, clean audio, tasteful transitions, and purposeful motion graphics, helping complex finance topics feel explicit and compelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-format finance videos in Adobe Premiere Pro following briefs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative leads to structure stories, refine pacing, and iterate on feedback.
- Add appropriate background music and sound effects; perform audio levelling, cleanup, and smoothening.
- Use transitions, lower-thirds, and essential animations/motion graphics in After Effects where needed.
- Enhance clarity with on-screen text, callouts, and simple infographics when relevant.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and versioning for efficient hand-offs.




- Export deliverables with correct formats/codecs and platform-specific settings (e.g., YouTube).
- Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high bar for quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative structure for long-form edits.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic colour correction and audio cleanup skills (noise reduction, EQ, levels).
- Collaborative communicator; comfortable receiving and applying feedback.

Bonus: Interest in finance content and familiarity with motion graphics templates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
